@haseeb: I'm not really worried about the knocks or I would not be driving it hehe. But yeh normally knock is under 40 so its all good. I mean i don't get knock everytime i drive or boost the car so i know alls good.



We hav a aquamist kit installed in a impreza STI here, but we have never used it due to the problem of tuning it. I think if i remember correctly there was risk of blowing the engine because you cannot control the mixture of meth n petrol very accurately. There is no way to have full control over meth injection. If someone can enlighten me on how to run it, we might be able to test it on the impreza. And yeh the impreza is running a gt35r as well, seems like we are diehard fans of this turbo )

on stock turbo with a 75hp shot I went as fast as 11.7 on regular tires spinning out first gear..

this was using nitrous off the line!

 

@11secevo7: what trap speed are you hitting at quarter mile ?

I dont really remember what trap I hit on the 11.7 stock turbo pass..

but I ran again with the only change being a 35R and pulled off an 11.3@125mph. Using the same 75hp shot. Car spun hard coming off the line. I'm sure it would have went about 11.0 or so if it had hooked well.

 

MmK, Right after the Afghan border is secure, the government is stabilized and Kashmir is sorted out, I'm sure they will get to creating legislature against street racing.

 

@11secevo: Your close to breaking into 10s......any plans on doing that?....i would luv if my car breaks into 10s....lets c how my setup comes thru.

that was on my old setup..I 've since sold that car.

and bought another Evo 7 GSR....specs on the build are in my signature. This time I'm going for 700whp without nitrous.

 

@yasir. i recommend u to get ur evo retuned on the power fc by us or even better on an aem ems . i heard that uve shifted here and im very confident that u wont need to run nitrous as a properly tuned gt35r evo on 2bar will be enough to beat a stock turbo 70shot dry nitrous evo anyday .
