i've been running a ti-c right before they came out in the states about a year and half ago. a company called skyline concepts out of boston hooked me up. i've been running my ti-c with a jic down pipe and a turbo xs cat-delete and its pretty mellow compared to the perrins or bruschers out there. around 4 to 5k she sounds awesome esp. in the tunnels under seattle. don't bother putting in the silencer its not that loud.

Definaltely a nice exhasut and sounds really nice, in my opion a perfect mixture of performance and sound, not to loud around town but enough noise to know you have an exhaust. Some of the the ti-c have had issues with the silencer getting stuck... I think they resolved the issues but if you have trouble getting it out search on here for more ideas on how to remove it, but the best bet so far has been to get a slide hammer. You can barrow one at autozone for free I believe.
