Need a little help here please

Ok I will through this out there.

My car just upted and won't start. Here are the symptoms it displayed before, which I do not think had anything to do with it.

First off I had a ticking or tssh tssh tssh sound coming from the belt pulley area

then I noticed a Large evap leak code and heard hising from the rear part of the car.

Also my headlight, fender, wheel, and rad overflow bottle on the passenger side was extremely hot to touch, this was noticed when I ran the AC at idle for like 5 minutes

I also noticed my dipstick was out of its housing slightly and oil everywhere in the bay

Car ran perfectly fine in fact I thought it was running quite well compared to what it was running.

I am running 24psi
TBE
MBC
Muse mani
megan o2 house
Injen intake
ETS LICP
Injen UICP
Jester tune

Any ideas? I was thinking starter is the reason for not starting, however I have no clue as to what is wrong with the other crazy symptoms.

Dang 22 views and bumped to the second and noone has any ideas for me?

I pulled a code today and its said this:

PO335 crankshaft angle sensor A

Where can I find one of these besides the dealer and why would this go out on me?

Help me please....According to CBRD this thing has never went out on him.....

P.s. I want everyone to know we really don't drive our car all that much and things keep happening to it.....could this thing have had more things wrong with it when we bought it? We also just got the clutch fixed.

pull the negative batt cable and let it sit for a while. Then reconnect. If still no go then pull the batt and take it to autozone and have them test it. If thats good then try the starter.

Start out with the simple sutff, to track down what area is causing the problems. Electrical, or Fuel related. Is it the battery? Turn-on the headlights are they dim? Next are you getting a spark thru the plugs? (Be-careful to not ground yourself, but still easy) are you getting fuel? I'm thinking if all this shows up Ok then when the clutch got installed something happened to cause this issue. A shorted wire, etc.....Let us know..

i assume its getting fuel....it runs until its gets hot and then i turn it off. then i can not re start. so i have to check all my fuses? wires? that could be time consuming. If the battery is going out would it cause this? altenator?

I m telling you this engine is xtremely hot on the pass. side. Fender wheel headlight rad bottle everything!!

So basically it starts, but it overheats straight away? Are the cooling fans working?

no it doesn't overheat internally. just externally like the surfaces of the motor components. I let it sit for two days after all this and it started right up.......about 5 minutes later without the ac on everything on the Pass. side was extremely hot......I was able to get it to the advance about 10 blocks down from where it was sitting and its ran fine expect for the motor noises I mentioned above. Puled the code and it was the PO335 crankshaft angle sensor A. Low and behold I go to start up again to leave to take it home and it won't start........and it sits there right now as I type.

I really need to know what this thing is doing before I put another sensor in it. CBRD doesn't really know what I did to the car for this to have happened. Neither do I because I hardly ever drive this car.

Yea man I would check the battery and the basics such as fuses, all the wires and the alternator. If it isn't any of those then. I don't know. G/L.

I have 97+ now on my EVO. Id think nothing of driving it across country and back no doubt about it.

4G one of the most stout and reliable motors ever built IMO
