155 mph in the 5k rpm range? You got 7 gears?

Wish you had contacted me.. for a few dollars more i have buschur built 2.0L shortblocks good for 750+hp ready to go..

Wouldn't there be an additional core charge that would make the Buschur motor a fair bit more expensive? If not I may need to order one from you.

your probably just going to blew the motor again. going 150mph just by itself is not enough to blew your motor unless you were doing that for 30minutes straight maybe. I would seriously look at the tune and everything else instead of just slapping on the new motor and calling it a day. like i said, what air/fuel ratio you running?

well it really would have depended on the damage to the cyl walls.. If the crank is good it would have been a minimal core charge.. yeah there are some factors that could have made it more $$$ but it would depend on what is salvageable from his old shortblock..

^^^agreed. check ur tune. i would hate for you to get another block and the same thing happens again. i would do a built 2.0l from Buschur. 2 of the 3 baddest evos here in Atlanta have built 2.3l. The other has a built 2.0L

check the injector on the failled cyl. 155mph on stock-like Evos all day should not be an issue. Do you want to go through this again? No? Then figure out WHY it happened otherwise you learned nothing, and cant prevent it from happening again. Or just leave it up to God to look out for your motor. Lol
