This is a turbo on my honda race car. I decided to drop this project and focus on my Evo. Will this thing fit on the EVo? What is the max hp on stock turbo can push? thankz

Hmmm.... Get ready for people to post their biased comments on Hondas. Anyways... It all depends on the direction of the turbo. Do you have a pic of it. Id say it might actually be a smaller turbo then the stock 16g.

I don't think it'll bolt-up to the stock manifold. Also the T04/T3 is quite a bit larger than the 16G.

The T04/T3 is kinda laggy until about 5000rpm, unless you increase the redline on the Evo to take advantage of the T04's top end, I think something like the GT3037s would be a much better choice. IMO

The T3/T04E won't bolt to the stock manifold but once adapted it should work well on this engine. A ball-bearing T3/T04E with 0.63 turbine housing on my 1G DSM spooled similar to the 16G on my Evo. BTW, my old turbo is for sale on DSMtrader.com.

none of the Garrets...from a GT25 to a T3/T4, to a Gt40 will bolt onto an evo..it will ake a custom manifold (or manifold adapter), custome 02 housing (or 02 eliminator downpipe), custom oil and waterlines, etc etc.

How well it all works will depend on lots of things obviously.....and how it sppols is as much a result of wheel trims and housing trims as it is a result of ecu tuning.

It would be nice if I don't have to sell this t3/o4E. I'm going to take the stock turbo out this weekend and try to fabricate t3/04E. Wish me luck. What kind of stand alone do people use for the EVo?

You could talk to RnR Racing. They will be making this kit soon for the Evo. They already offer it for the DSM's and with the right tunning and setup the t3/t4 50 trim will spool at 3500 to 3800 rpms and even faster with the ball bearing setup.
