For 30psi, I'd tighten all the way. When I had the APS, I liked it best tightened all the way (was running 25psi)

Make yourself a BOV leak tester and adjust it to where it need to be. If I was running a MAX of 25psi I would adjust it to leak @ 27 psi. This way, I know it will fully open when it needs to, and if I happen to overboost it will leak some air. At 30 psi, you might not be able a preload the spring enough to hold, and if you do, you are compromising the travel of the valve. I recommend getting a stiffer spring. By over tightening it, you run the risk of not venting enough.

I have mine screwed flush with the top of the nut . (running 28psi)
Also put teflon on the screw so it won't leak.

well install was easy and i think i got it tuned pretty good....i hit 30psi and slowly drops....no flutter at low bost or mid.....but if im at mid boost and let off the thottle slow it flutters some.....but i guess thats life.

also i got pulled over doing some of the tunning.....58mph in a 35mph.....no insurance card...not wearing my glasses.....but its all good....got the Veterans Discount....
