AFC power

my mods are a buschur catback with a test pipe, buschur intake and a Hallman MBC. the car runs great by the way (2400 miles) and i was wanting to know how much of the seat of the pants improvment does the AFCII make. or is there something else i should be buying first? Will i see the 20 hp from the afc with my current mods? thanks

Yes, the AFCII is your next step. It will lean out the A/F ratio and give you top end power....probably the 20 you're looking for. How do you like your 3" Buschur Race Exhaust? Is it loud? Did it install easily and did that alone give any power?

the sound is great. i dont have the downpipe but i cant see it making it any louder with it. if you want quiet exhaust keep the stock on and get a cut-out. although buschur's set-up will save you about 30 lbs. it took me about 15 minutes to put the exhaust on (on a hoist) its easy. i would highly recommend them, top notch stuff, great customer service and really fast shipping.

The Buschur is loud if you have a test pipe (cat delete) instead of the 3" high flow cat. With the high flow cat it sounds really good. IMO, it is too loud with the test pipe.
The AFC is a really good mod to get hp. I know someone with a Buschur turbo back and an SAFC. He said the SAFC made a BIG improvement.

I have the full 3" with high flow cat... and the car sounds awesome. Even the local Mustang club compliments how it sounds, which means that its good enough to overcome their rice-a-phobia.

There is a video that shows the system with the test pipe. Do a search on the installing a Buschur exhaust and it should come up. With the test pipe, it sounds like a race car. It sounded great to me, but I wanted to be legal so I went with the high flow cat.
