Ran into a nasty problem last night. I was going to pull the map from the AEM and noticed the fuel pressure only peaked at 4.5psi. I pulled the injectors and 2 of the top o-rings were dry rotted and cracked.

The serpentine belt should be here today, I will throw up some more pictures when its all done.

Fuel leak is fixed, serpentine belt is on. It is 100% complete build wise.

Hopefully on Sept 18th I can get my car down to Strictly Modified for the tuning

Yup, never doing another one. This whole build started on July 5th, 2008. Just a little over a year to do it. It was all done on strictly overtime hours alone. Pretty happy with the outcome so far.

Running extremely rich? Yep.

Overall the cylinder walls are in great shape and even after 50k the cross hatch is still there. Ill see if I cant get a good picture of it.

So far a huge thanks goes out to Mike@AWD, Scott@TTP, Machine Motorsports.
to get rid off the frion just crack a line and put a catch pan underneath the line you should be good to go
