Just got my exedy twin hd installed a week ago. I'm having two issues one is I can't get it into first gear when I'm at a dead stop sometimes and have to double clutch it to get it into gear or I have to just jam it in gear, this only happens ever so often. Second is when I'm coming out of 2nd-5th gear at around 2k rpm it doesn't want to come out of gear and I have to force it to come out of gear, this happens all the time. It grinds like hell. The shop that did the install said they did everything correctly, they even test drove my car about 10-15miles and said nothing was wrong. When I picked up the car to drive it home everything seem normal, till the next day thats when this all started to happen. I've searched and the only thing that I got was adjust the clutch pedal. I use to have a act street disc. before this and it didn't do this at all. I'm regreting putting this clutch in and it's making me so mad I don't even want to drive it. I also have a shep tranny as well if that helps .

Look on Jack's Transmissions webpage for a good video on adjusting the clutch pedal. Next thing to check would be the shop that did it and/or Excedy.
