Tranny acting weird, almost stuck in gear.

So I recently had a shep 5spd swapped into my MR along with a cusco twin disk. Broke the car in real easy and everything is fine except for one little problem. Sometimes when i try to downshift, the shifter will be almost "stuck" in gear and I'll have to apply some pressure to get it out of gear and into the next gear. Never happens on upshifts even at redline, everything is smooth when it comes to upshifts. The annoying thing is this whole downshifting thing is completely random, some days I'll drive around all day and it won't happen at all, some days it happens a few times, other days seems like every other time i downshift i feel like its being held in gear. Anyone got any ideas what it could be? I've already bled the clutch multiple times and even adjusted my clutch. Funny thing is after I bled the clutch I noticed it has become hard to get in gear sometimes when the car is cold.

I'm interested as well... Been having the same problem. SCM told me that it might be the linkage. You may want to check and lube them. Reverse seems to be the worse. If I'm back into a parking space it will do it. I'm thinking that when the clutch/transmission gets hot the symptoms are more likely to occur.

I don't mean to hijack at all. I hope someone knows the cure.

A buddy of mine also told me his tranny did the same thing but once he replaced the bushings, shifter, and knob he said his tranny stopped doing it. I noticed once my car gets hot, it is least likely to do it. I guess I'll check the linkage under the hood thats the only thing I haven't really looked at. I did however notice that one of my underhood bushings (I replaced with AMS ones), the thing isnt a tight fit and moves around but it is held in by the pin. When i had the buschur ones for my 6spd, installing them was a pita because they were almost too big to fit into the linkage. Could that be my problem?
