Transmission/ clutch problems

So I got a new car and the transmission doesn't like to go into second sometimes when shifting up and will never go into second on a downshift unless I start to put it in first and then pop it in second. Reverse doesn't like to go in and grinds sometimes and I usually just start it in reverse. Then 5th gear grinds. The other thing is when the clutch is in all the way to the floor if the car is in reverse it will move on it's own without me even giving it gas. The dealership is buying me a new jacks transmission but I was wondering if this was a clutch issue too. Like maybe it was installed wrong. I have already bled the clutch to get any air out and that didn't do anything. The clutch is an exedy cerametallic twin disk. Any ideas? Thanks, Braden

It sounds like the CMC isn't adjusted right, so even with full pedal engagement, the clutch isn't disnegaging.

Would that cause it to grind? I thought that would only effect the car not going into gear.
