NEW Tial Sticking Shut!!

I just threw my brand new 44mm Tial BOV on my evo lastnight and now all I'm getting is compressor surge because it's staying stuck shut... what can I do to get it to open? It's running 22psi and I thought it came with a 10lb spring but I'm not 100% positive I guess I'll have to take it all apart and figure it out, but I was wondering if you guys have ever had any trouble with this or tips on how to fix the issue...

Could I just wd40 it? lol!

Are you referring to the waste gate? Also check the spring if it's not opening.

Tial 50mm bov has no adjustments......

First off, what Tial unit are you referring too?
44mm ~wastegate
50mm ~BOV

Check your vac and/or boost lines to be sure they are clear.
