20g-9-5 or 20g-9-5-lt?

i bought a turbo off a guy which is in perfect condition he claims its a buschur 20g-9-5 but doesnt know if it the 9-5 lt or the older 9-5 white rabbit. it has the 10.5 hotside. is there anything i can see on the turbo to determine what type or which one it is?

WR is not 20g5 turbo.

WR surges like **** at low rpm hight gear.(higway cruize)
20g5 is very close to 9 turbo. (I have one) says FP on it.

Did you have a WR? I don't get surge with mine.

To the OP, look at the turbine wheel and compare it to pictures of Greens on here. The wheel is bigger than the stock one that comes on every other bolt-on turbo (except the Red).

the only difference between the two is that the 20G LT has a larger turbine wheel than 20G 9-5. The 20G 9-5 uses the stock 9 turbine wheel. I would say it is hard to tell visually unless you have a stock 9 turbo to compare it to.

its the 5 bladed compressor wheel. i called it a white rabbit because thats what forced performance said the 20g-9-5 was when i e-mailed them about a rebuilding a buschur unit. also i noticed the turbine wheel is 12 bladed and the green looks like it has 11 blades.

That's BS. That guy knows for sure if he had an FP Green or not, so he is probably just playing dumb to keep whatever money you spent. The price of a 20g-9-5 is nowhere close to the price of an Fp Green (20g-LT).
