Most wings start helping out above 60mph. Most rally cars run between 45 - 100 mph. ANd over 150 mph very few cars are turning and for straight line speed prefer no wing. THe Enzo's active aero adjusts above 160mph to enable a higher top speed. SO from 60 - 120 mph where most evos would play on the track , the wing is helpful, with a few more ponies, more downforce up front would probably be more helpful before adding more to the rear.

I wouldn't buy mine with the wing if I know it's not functional.
