I'm so down for this!!!

 

Nils - what have you done to prevent a blow-up - do you fill more oil before a track event or something? Just wondering if there are any cheap preventitive measures that can be taken till a pan is designed and released?

more oil... im fabbing my current oil pan right now to something similar like this.. its been in the plans for a while now.

unrelated...but what program are you guys using to draft. Is that Pro-e or inventor? Im a Mechanical drafting student so im just curious because i saw your design for the intake mani and i thought that was great as well.

 

After full, I usually put about a 1/2 quart to top it off.... it still looses pressure though in the turns.

AMS - whats the estimated release date of this pan? estimated cost? would love to not have to deal with fabbing my own....

Very impressive. With the other version maybe you can incorporate something similar to the zo6 setup which was designed for the reasons you specify here.
