Recently i put a cel fix on the o2 sensor for the test pipe. It used to run at 1.7 bars. now it runs at .8 bars. please help on this. I disconnected the battery while installing the o2 sensor. The cel is still on too. thanks

If you had your battery disconnected for a while, you should have no CEL when you start your car back up, as I think it takes like 30+ miles (might be wrong) for it to come back on. What kind of CEL fix did you use?
If all you did was add a CEL fix to the REAR O2, then that would have no bearing on boost. To be seeing .8bar, it would mean you are on base wastegate pressure, which means your boost system is not hooked up.
Did you verify that the current CEL is still the rear o2 CEL?

It was running fine when I first put on the o2 sensor. Then after boosting it a couple times it stopped boosting to 1.7 bars. I didn't touch anything else. Is something broken???
Please listen to what people are telling you. You're running waste gate pressure. That means your solenoid system is not connected or your wastegate flap somehow disconnected off the actuator arm.
I'm sorry. I'm new to the evos. Where can I locate the solenoid system and wastegate flap? Thanks
I can not tell from the narrative if the boost problem happened right away after installing the O2 CEL fix or later on. My guess... is that it happened later on.
Please have a knoweldgeable mechanic, that dealt with bleeder boost control systems before, to take a look at the wastegate/solenoid area.... BTW, any reputable shop will be able to assist you on that matter fairly easy.
My advice is that you do that or if you feel that you can hadle the troubleshooting, find a Service Manual to assist you to diagnose the problem. This issue has been discussed a lot before and in many occasions is a solenoid/wastegate hose that got disconnected or it is leaking air.
So far with the info provided.... the boost issue is no related to the O2 CEL fix.
Good luck!
