For the transfer case use Mitsubishi LSD Gear Oil Diaqueen, I did mine 2 weeks ago and I notice less noice inside the car, for the tranny I used BG Synchro Shift, is a lot better than what you can get at locals autoparts.
Oil change and filter
Transmission Fluid--Mitsubishi GL4 Gear Oil (I get mine out a drum from the dealer)
Transfer Case Fluid--Mitsubishi GL5 LSD Gear Oil Diaqueen
Rear Diff Fluid--Mitsubishi GL5 LSD Gear Oil Diaqueen
ACD Fluid--ACD Diamond Fluid ATF SPIII
Brake Fluid--Pick one
Check Your Belts and Brake Lines
Check your spark plugs. They are supposedly "high mileage plugs" but depending on what mods the car has, how much boost, etc you may want to replace those as well.
There are many schools of thought as to which transmission and Gear oil you can/should use. I opted to go with all OEM fluids. I know it goes out for low bid every so often but I went with it anyways. The OIL DOC here on the forums can also hook you up with top notch Amsoil products, which is the only other fluids I would consider. I think the major concern is Transfer Case/Rear Diff fluid. Many people will swear that you need to stay stock on those fluids, and I chose to go that way also. I would check your service manual to confirm all fluids listed above are correct. You can order the plugs at sparkplugs.com. they seem to have the best price I have found. good luck. PM/post up if you have any other questions

I'm not sure there is much to tell you without copying the service manual verbatim.what do you need to know? If you have the manual that came with th car it will tell you everything you need to do and capacities of the trans/tcase/rear dif/motor

+1 nice writeup you posted
I recently did this myself at 33k. I was in the middle of a move and finally got around to working on the car. I did the oil change, spark plugs, coolant and brake fluid myself.
I took the car over to TTP for the transmission and diff fluid change out. Makes things easier with power tools and a lift for that stuff. In and out in about 20 minutes.

Well aside from a lift, power/air tools are not really nessesary. A few wrenches, a jack and some clear tube to plumb in your new fluids. Not saying it's not worth having a reputable shop do the work, I just don't want others to be discouraged from doing it themselves since it's pretty straight forward
The bolts were on so tight from the factory, air tools def. helped out as crawling under the car and getting some leverage are not exactly two things that go well easily.
It was a fair price as I brought the tranny and diff fluid myself.
