Buschur Racing has them and I believe Forced Performance has them as well. Although, I would just get a green imo

FPGreen (FP = Forced Perfomance)

Its basically an upgraded Stock Evo 9 turbo. Works better for just a little bit more than the actual cost of a replacement Evo IX turbo.

Go Google them.

No need to replace the whole turbo, The hotside fan is called a Turbine and the Coldside fan is called a Compressor.

Go to turbochargers.com and they have the wheel there, If not give them a call and im sure they'll have it in stock then either send it to them or take it to your nearest turbo rebuild shop and have them install it and balance the turbo and bam! your done.

EDIT: Just saw that your in pakistan, just have the wheel delivered to your cousins and he can take it with him.
