Transmission problem

Im looking for a transmission Guru to solve my problem.
i was riding down the road one night at about 20 mph wheni shifted to 2d and there was no gearthere was a 3rd 4th 5th but no 1st or 2d. the bushings are in tact and so are the forks... Any ideas???

that sux its at Mitsu right now, my warranty expires next month, hopefully its covered

covered with all of those mods you have?? you have to be out of your mind... unless your Mitsu is way cooler than 99% of all other mitsus... good luck

You look at what directly affects the transmission and what went wrong with it , and i completely undrestand where you're coming from, but seeing as how it is a very common problem, my car only has 37,000 mi on it and it dropped a gear box completely stock at 18,000 mi, i dont see it too unlikely. we'll see, i hope it isn't too expensive to fix if i do have to pay.

subscribed just to hear your warranty results (or lake thereof)

good luck. i have significantly less mods and my trans has some grind 75% of the time going into 2nd and 3rd.

i wouldn't dream of bringing it in and getting warranty work.

Results.....drum roll, a pin slipped out of my shifter linkage, no it wasnt covered by warranty, 640$ total damage
