E85, John Shepherd, Buschur Racing and some good power.

John Shepherd came by the shop today so I could get his car running correctly on start up, idle and drivability. Obviously he had it running pretty damn good already at WOT as the car went 9.9 on the E85 already.

I got the car dialed in pretty quickly and then went on to see what kind of power it would make.

The car is pretty amazing. It has our BR Stage 3 stroker in it, ported cylinder head, a set of Comp Cams, 3" turbo back exhaust, BR double pumper, BR race FMIC, BR upper and lower i/c pipes, BR battery kit, Tilton clutch, Shep trans and transfer case, 1600 cc FIC injectors. Shearer turbo kit with HTA35rm, Wilson V2, BR65 mm tb.

I had to stop at 582 whp/524 ft lbs because we were just out of injector. I ran it right to 100% duty cycle and had to quit.

Here's the dyno graph:

What turbo is on his car? That torque looks sick on your dyno!

Wow... just wow!

I thought that the Double pumper dropped IDCs. Maxing out 1600cc injectors while running a double pumper is INSANE

What turbo is on that thing?
