Thanks for the pics, that helps alot with my planning. Couple things I noticed.

- The wastegaste is pretty close to the radiator, but maybe with some flange grinding you could use an aftermarket radiator if it wasn't too thick. I'll keep my stocker for now.

- You reused your stock upper radiator hose. That's good to know, I was planning on building a stupid right angle stainless steel one but I might opt for cutting down the stock hose like you did.

- O2 housing is going to be tricky...

Those are the main criticisms people have of the RNR manifold. It's made goos power though.
Jared, why would the right angle radiator hose be stupid? I think it's a good idea.

- It looks like an afterthought/bandaid for a poorly designed system - oh yeah that's because it is

- That hard right angle is bad for coolant flow.

- It's another part I need to build.

- It looks ugly.

I'd rather spend fabricating time building my own radiator that has a straight shot to the thermostat housing. That's my plan for once the car is running and I've taken care of some other areas to work on.

for the rad hose all you need to do is cut about an 1-2 inches off the end where it connects to the radiator and then extend the hose by the thermostat. I had the rnr upper rad pipe but that touched the manifold anyway so i came up with this.

Dammit, I was afraid of that. Maybe I can get Harry Potter to give me a hand.

Yeah I could see. That just takes a few more hose clamps and a solid extension. Magic would be easier. I like what you did though.
