UPDATE:

engine wise;

the car is now running a ported IM and a Mil.Spec 65mm TB, gm 3port and a dual catch can setup. I also ordered the materials to make a maf-less intake for my switch to speed density. I also fabbed up a cam sensor heat shield.

i also put performance friction 2pc rotors and hawk HP+ pads. im also running 15mm spacers in order to increase the front track and a much more more aggressive alignment.

i also got 17X9 5zigen fn01r-c's and some 275/40/17's for my autox setup

yummy

Very hot and spicy. Good to see you got over the heart-break of me buying those NT03's out from under you. I'm grabbing those same rotors in a day or two. The catch cans look good, did you build them with your new found welding skillz?

Post up a DLL power graph of your current hottness. Or send me a evoscan file of a 3rd gear pull and I'll make one for you.

PS.

You need to find a source of E85 super-fuel. You could get a 55 gallon barrel and just use it as "race-gas" for auto-x.

it still stings a little thinking about the deal you got on the nt03m's.

as for the catch can, the one on the intake side is a weapon-r can that i cut about 3 inches out of in order to make it fit, and the catch on the pcv side i made from scratch.

as for DLL, the program will not work with my copy of vista. I worked with a guy from DLL and we couldnt get it to work no matter what we did. so now ive been trying to write an excel file that will spit out the numbers from my logs. ive got it correct wrt orders of magnitude but its still too high something like 550 whp and 500 wtq. Although that would be nice, i doubt its correct

there is an e85 station about 40 miles from my house, so once some more funds become liquid, im gonna order some 1200's or 1400's and figure out the fuel pump issue. Until then i have this.

unfortunatly torco went out of buisness and i cant get anymore

Sweet build... Cant wait to see it at autocross... Have fun in SM, and cover that positive battery terminal before you come to autocross or you'll fail tech...

Screw you for jumping off the T3 GT3076 train. But, I'm looking forward to seeing how the new twin scroll hottness works out. It should be nasty.

Time to build a new O2 housing and adjust your downpipe, or is the manifold coming with that action.

CT actually has 4 or 5 e85 stations but they are only for gov vehicles, not for the general public

HAHA, well once you went to the ETS setup i knew i couldn't get left behind. I know you know, but the 30r is a great street turbo with the 2.3L but it lacks a little in the transient response at the autox with the openscroll. I originally wanted to go TS 30r but the .78 A/R hotside is too small. Plus the BW turbos are such a bargain i couldn't say no

Ill be building my own O2 and dumps again. It should come out better because my skillz have improved with the TIG

I really wanted to go twin scroll when the RNR crapped out, but I didn't have the time or money. I barely had the cash for the manifold, let alone a new turbo. And at that point i was trying to get it back together for a track day. Only to have my fueling issue make me miss it anyway.

On the tracks up here the 30R is always ready to go out of the corners, it literally makes the car jump like a freaking cheetah when you throttle up leaving the apex. But I could see issues with the on/off digital feel of the powerband on an auto-x course with 1st and 2nd gear stuff.
