Are you going to use dual 38mm or 44mm wastegates?

Update

UPDATE:

The AFI T4 twinscroll manifold I purchased would not fit with the Borg Warner S200x. The turbine housing on the BW is MASSIVE and would hit the block by the front balance shaft.

I found someone who wanted to trade my AFI manifold for his twinscoll manifold but when he got the AFI he couldnt get it to fit with a 40r and backed out of the trade.

SOOO, I contacted Eric at Full-Race and bought a T4 twinscroll manifold at their current insane prices. I had them custom make me a manifold to accept the new TiAL MV-S gates instead of the standard 44mm's. They didn't charge me any extra for this modification. The manifold should be here anyday now and I can fab up the downpipe and dump tubes and get this setup up and running.

I got the wastegates yesterday and they are beautiful. Yes they are purple and yes I'm a baller

more updates very very soon

Well that explains the delay. Bummer about the manifold, but glad you are still on track!

holy update batman:

finally have the setup pretty much completely ironed out.

Current mod list:
JAM stg 2 2.3L
JAM stg 3 cylinder head
kelford 272 camshafts
ported IM
Mil.Spec TB
Tial QR diverter valve
APS FMIC
4" intake with Amsoil dry filter
home-fabbed LICP/UCIP
full-race T4 twinscroll manifold
Tial MVS wastegates X2
Borg Warner S200SX 1.22 A/R
home-fabbed downpipe with wastegate dumps rerouted back into exhaust path
Fujitsubo RM01-A catback
Exedy HD twindisk clutch
CBRD radiator
sparktech non-cdi cop

the car is self tuned and is running the stock ecu. It runs currently on the speed density 1.0 rom.

these dynosheets are from my track map, which is straight wastegate pressure. the car is tuned on straight 93 oct gasoline.

the red line is after 15-20 pulls and is where I called the car "done". The blue line is the power pull, I let the car cool down then made a single pull, nothing was changed in the rom. Notice that the car makes more boost off the wastegates when cool.

Great results for 93, congratulations. The power and torque behave just as I was hoping it would with that setup. Any plans to run E85?
