Hey all. This is my first post and unfortunately its to ask for help for a minor issue. On my 03 Evo VIII, one of the drive shaft studs (there's 4 of them) snapped off due to an idiot friend of mine torquing the bolt way too tight (it should be 32lbs/ft). Anyway, it snapped and there's nothing in the service manual about this or how to go about replacing the stud or repairing this problem. PLEASE help!

they're bolts, put in new ones.

 

they're studs coming out of the body of the car, top-down. Do they unthread ?

Its a captured stud. Either weld in a new one or have a body shop weld it in.
