Messed Up With Test Pipe

Ok so heres the situation. I just wanted to free up the restriction from my stock cat. I bought a regular straight 3" test pipe off Ebay thinking that the O2 sensor would be in the midpipe of my stock exhaust because I've seen that plenty of times before on aftermarket exhausts. The test pipe does not have a O2 bung. When I tried to instal it today I saw that the stock cat has an O2 sensor in it. I'm considering 2 options:

1) Get a bung welded on to the Test Pipe at some muffler shop and get an anti-fouler to clear the CEL. If so, where should I get the bung welded on, and should I use a straight anti-fouler or an L shaped anti-fouler. The reason why I'm asking this is because I don't want any rubbing issues.

2) Should I just get the Megan Cat-Back I was considering getting a little bit later. If so, does anyone know if the Megan Turbo Type has a bung in the midpipe on it already? If it does will I still need an anti-fouler?

I've done a lot of searching through Google and on this site but haven's found these answers. Please shed some knowledge my way.

Getting a bung on the test pipe now would be cheaper. The Megan has a bung on the mid pipe. The cat-back isn't planned til later on so save up first or whatever. The extra bung could eventually be used for a wideband sensor.

No the exhaust was going to be my next mod, I just haven't decided on which one yet. I'm pretty sure I'm going to go with the Megan Cat-Back tho. Isn't Wideband usually before the cat, in the Downpipe?

^Well if you put the o2 on the midpipe, you can put the wideband in the test pipe. The wideband has to be before the cat, but since you're getting rid of it, it'll be all good.

^^^ Gotcha, I think I'm just gonna get the exhaust. Do you guys have any other suggestions on Cat-Backs similar to the Megan. I was going to get the Megan Racing Downpipe eventually too to make it a full 3" TBE.

I'm not too good with computers, I'd rather just get the mechanical fix. Any other catback's with bunges worth considering?

Can anyone else suggest good, deep, clean-sounding catback exhausts?
