okay i got my refund back today. The guy is beyond stupid. Okay guys is there any other place where i can buy the probe from?

Beyond stupid

First off you email us from 2 or 3 email accounts with your broken, incomplete sentences without even including your name OR a phone number. Over and over you chose not to include your name or a number. How the heck am I to get back to you or anything? Which of your email addresses should have I used?

The tracking number that I gave to you was valid but it was another customer who lived out on the east coast. Why did you get that tacking number? Because I thought it was you.

You could have easily resolved this by simply including some information (your name & number) but you chose not and don't think for a second that I wanted to hold up your order or didn't want to ship it out.

Buy it from Innovate if you want, at least they provide me with a phone number if I can't understand their emails when they order them.

So now we get the "rest of the story" and in complete sentences, even.

Just goes to show that there's more and more "bad vendor" threads that should have been titled "stupid buyer" instead.

still if i didnt provide my email or phone number i still should've received the probe after 2 weeks..
