Which K&N Filter with HKS Kansai Box and Ralliart Intake

Hey everyone,
I installed a Ralliart intake pipe, and inter cooler piping, as well as a HKS Kansai intake box. Which K&N filter will fit on the mass air flow sensor and fit inside the box? Any thoughts? Any one with this set up or one like it? Will I need an adapter between the box and the mass air flow sensor?
Thanks!

I tried to do what you did, I had the RMR intake and that'll NOT work. Basically, THe HKS Box work with any filter that uses the HKS MAS adapter, I think size of that MAS adapter must be the same size(or around the same size) as the MAS adapter that came with the HKS RS intake kit. I believe Apexi has a K&N style intake that uses the same size MAS adapter as the HKS. FYI, you could look into intakes for 2G DSM, the MAS is the same as the evo so the MAS adapters and most of the intakes should fit(some DSM intakes are too big to fit the Evo tho, like the K&N FIPK)... hop this helps

Yea I figured that the HKS filter / adapter might work best but I am not a fan of there design at all. (the foam dome design) I tend to like the tired and true K&N filter system, it may not flow as much as a Blitz (steel mesh) filter but should "filter" more. It seems like the guys at Vivid are using the same HKS Kansai box with a RMR filter arrangement. Maybe I should give them a ring tomorrow. According to their web site that is the set up they are sticking with...

If you decide to mod your $300+ carbon box, then I guess you can put pretty much any kind of filter in it, I do Believe that HKS make a Paper based intake, like Metal RS or something......maybe worth looking into, I think Boostsolutions has it.....

modifiy the box isn't the problem.....finding a simple, relatively cheap filter with adapter is. Without all the other crap...
