My evo was called in to the dealership to have a TSB performed on it shortly after I bought it brand new is 2003. I asked what it was for, and was told it was for water intrusion into the driver footwell area. Tech said he just sealed it up with some silicone...let me see if I can find that TSB

It's like 10 degrees or something tonight here, but I plan on sealing mine up asap. Mine only has 32k on it but its gonna be doing that every year all year round so I'm sure it could use it
