Mini wire-tuck on the evo

After drooling over kevin's 1G a little on friday night I decided to see what I could do to clean up the stock wire routing. I ran the wires that go across the intake manifold every which way and ended up settling on leaving about half running across the top front and all of the manifold-mounted sensors and TB wires run underneath and tucked.

The pile of little mounting clips and crap I removed:

Overall I'm kinda happy, but for this to really work I'd still need to extend:
-all 4 injector leads
-front o2 lead
-power steering lead
-ignition leads to left coil

Anyone know where I could get extension plugs/mini-harnesses to make this happen w/o cutting up my harness?

Here's a more stock-ish shot from about 2 years ago just for reference:

I am actually in process of doing this now. Granted my motor is out of the car, but I redid the ENTIRE harness, ie. exposing all the wires, and re-wrapping the entire harness. I have already extended the injector leads, the MAF wires, and a bunch of ther wires. I left all the leads that break out of the wiring harness free so that when i put it back together, I can route each one the way I choose, and once I am happy, wrap it again so it looks like it's OEM. I am also taking pictures of the entire process of my build so that I can do my own engine build thread, along with having pictures of the things like the wire tuck, all the new brackets and what not I am building as well.

did you wire tuck your spark plug cover? haha

Please show how you did your throttle cable.. I want to do this..

Also you might wanna look into getting the injector wires ran from under the intake manifold.

Looking good.

Just split the harness back a ways form where the part that goes to the injectors and such and the part that goes to the throttle and other intake mani sensors, then run both underneath the heater core lines. Pull the harness for the injectors, o2, and coils back through and wrap it around the top of the manifold runners.

Can't run the injector wires and everything else I listed above w/o extending the wires, they come up about 8" short.

Yes, been that way since I got it, the car is tuned for it and it's worked perfectly as it is. I like it run this way better than the 'correct way' anyways, just fits better IMHO.
