Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve.

In simple terms, it's a one way valve that releases excess pressure from the crank case into your intake stream and closes under boost.

It's a one way check valve. When you're in boost, it prevents boost from pressurizing your crackcase.

 

were is the PCV valve located guys...I bought one for my monthly tune-up (new car) and I have no clue were to find this thing on a 02 Lancer
