need help.... :(

recently i noticed while driving, when i start to spool up i get this high pitched whine sound and my boost is all over the place, fluttering from 25 - 18, back and forth... anyone know what the hell is wrong with this? when i let off the gas i get a very harsh flutter from my bov... this hasnt happened before... im suspecting the wastegate or possibly a boost leak... not sure but sounds like a damn airplane taking off lol... this is my daily so help would be appreciated... thanks

What are your mods??

Check this thread sounds like your problem.

Check your fuel pump if you have changed that. I know that Walbro can whine.

Then of course check all of your piping your wastegate and your BOV. You could need a tune because of the temperature change my friend didn't have a whine but his boost was all over the place until he tuned out his MAF scaling and his wastegate duties. Hope this helps.

Boost leak test first. At least eliminate that as the source of the problem.

my turbo isnt shot though, and i checked all my piping... maybe my BOV is shot??? or could it be the MBC? i heard the springs could go in them which would cause alot of flutter but idk why it would make such a loud whine like a F****N F16 jet lol
