You won't make enough power with 95 RON to test the limits of Bluemax 1250cc injectors. If you have a single Walbro 255lph fuel pump, that will reach its limit first, and that won't happen until upwards of 600whp.

my current setup 2.1 destroked 6262.. im looking to get tuned on 3 maps.. 93, vimports/q16 and e85... my question is, are these injectors capable of running through leaded and unleaded fuels? im running 3 maps because ill be using 93/e95 for DD and race for "important" races.. thnx any knowledge will be greatly appreciated.

Those fuels won't pose any problems to the injectors, but they will take a toll on the O2 sensor(s).

As far as the injectors themselves.. i have heard a few ppl say when the bluemaxes are being run through with unleaded or leaded fuels the spray patterns arent as smooth and can swell the injectors them selves or seals. can anyone confirm this?

If you have a dual pump setup, you won't have any fuel shortages when you bring that 95 RON to the limit. I'm using E85, so the dual pump setup with 1250cc is enough to meet my 600whp target. All you need to do is find a barrel of poitin at 95% ABV and you can make things interesting.

No, they are low impedance, and therefore are a direct swap.

Straight from FIC's site regarding 2150's and Q16

"DO NOT USE WITH "Q" or OTHER OXYGENATED FUELS."

I would be curious to know your base fuel pressure and your duty cycles once you tune for 600whp on E85. Your fuel pumps flow a bit better than my inline setup, but I will be curious as to how much.

I would be even more curious to see your trap speeds once your tuned on E85 (if you drag race it) and then get your duty cycle/base pressure. Right now I am tapped out with my 1150s @ 50psi base pressure at my current trap speed.

Reviving this thread for a little info on the 1450cc Blue Max injectors.

I need scaling and latency values to input for my car. Base on my crude interpolation of the given latency values below is what I have come up with.

Scaling = 1329

Latency values
4.69v - 2.352
7.03v - 1.968
9.38v - 1.656
11.72v - 1.392
14.06v - 1.152
16.41v - 0.96
18.68v - 0.792

Given values from FIC

8v - 1.75
10v - 1.56
12v - 1.35
14v - 1.17
16v - 0.98

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Paul
