Cam lope going away??
Cam lope going away??
I have a set of hks 272's on the car which were pretty agressive at first but now seem to be going away...
still stock head revving to 8k.
any possibilities? car has 49k miles so its not like the car is that old either.
!!!!!!!!!EDIT: I just let my car warm up after my clutch pedal adjustment anndddd the lope came back.... uhmm.. what???

Our cars idle just a bit higher when warming up which probably removed the lope on your mild 272 hks cams. Soon as the car warms up fully the idle drops and the lope should come back.
oh yea I know that. I've had the cams for a while but started noticing even after warm up that the lope was gone. I was hoping I didn't do any damage to the head but literally after I adjusted to clutch..... the lope came back haha. Yea it makes no sense to me.
