I have found very few cars that don't have one that is cracked. Typically we replace them with actual good quality parts that are CF or a type of metal alloy.

PS, we drove around in the S2000 today.. I like it a lot!

i'll make sure it didn't get thrown away in the morning and get a hold of you.

And ya those S2000's are a blast and his is definately extra clean!

There's supposed to be a metal insert where the bolt goes through the cover. When the cover bolt is tightened the bolt bares against the metal sleeve. Unfortunately, the metal sleeves can fall out and become lost.
