What was your E/T's on Green? You do know, you can get down the track faster without raising your speed. Not considerably faster.

I know this isn't the case, but if you were to spin the whole track, your speed would be really high but your E/T would be high as well. But if you have traction, you'll have a lower E/T and probably a lower MPH.

I am pretty sure Mark hit the nail on the head saying to do a boost leak test.

Don't forget most of the stock turbo records were set with VIII turbo's because of the high efficiency of the compressor wheel, Robert at FP will back me up on that. The compressor maps back this up also.

Yes it can, but the turbo is having to spin harder in order to keep the same boost.

even with with a non ported manifold you will still be making more power from the old set up to the new one. and should of still ran faster.

Try logging to see if you are knocking down the track. Check for boost leaks, and do a compression test as well to see if your engine is toast.

Man, after looking at your mod list, if I was to make any suggestions, it would be that ur stock IX BOV has crapped out and not holding the boost and actually causing a boost leak through your BOV. If I'm not mistaking, the stock BOVs are only good for holding about 25lbs of boost and yours might be worn out from your old setup and cant handle your new setup. I would suggest that if you have any buddies around with an evo and a recirculated aftermarket BOV, to see if they are willing to let you use their BOV to do a test.
