hks ssqv bov
just installed an ssqv bov on my ix mr with stock intake and makes little to no noise over stock any explinations?

Did you plug off your intake where the recirc. line was for the stock bov?

On the intake there should have been about a 2" round hose connecting to the stock intake. That hole needs to be plugged. You do have the bottom of the bov connected to the upper intercooler pipe right?

yes and the bov has a recurc on it

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
The stock intake box will cover any sounds. You have to have a cone style intake to hear the DV.
