Hi, im facing this problem also, hope some experience guy would help..
My case a little bit different.. ref & spec as below..

Hyundai Tiburon 97 swap Evo4, Modlist :
- VG30 87mm Piston
- Evo7 Cam
- ACL Race Bearing
- Evo 5 Stock ECU & Evo5 Stock 560cc injector
- Using Evo5 Air Flow Meter, Evo4 Idle Speed Control motor
- Stock Evo4 Ignition System
- Garret T3/T4 Turbo
- full 3'in down pipe & exht, Fujitsubo Super Ti muffler
- aftermarket BOV & wastegate 44mm
- HKS Super power flow air filter

Idling is floating from 900 rpm to 1500 rpm, up & down..
While air cond switched off, its occur when radiator fan kick-in, but if i switched on air cond then rpm raised & stay at 1500. Its stay just for a while.. then floating again..
Some time while air cond switched on, its also floating..

What i can say is.. its floating like crazy no matter what condition..
This make my fuel consumption very high, full tank for 280km only..

my car does the same thing sometimes. mine started happening after i put my aftermarket BOV on. a buddy of mine also said it could be because of the tune.

HOly ****... you got a site or something so I can look at that.

OP I would adjust your idle maybe and check for any boost leaks. check your timing, maybe its making it run that way

I have the same problem once i installed my BBK throttle body on AMS intake and since it doesn't have IAC the car wont idle at all and the Idling is floating from 900 rpm to 1500 rpm .

i have a hks BOV,bigger intercooler plus piping, hks filter and ams tune, megan headers, and 3'' full exhaust. The car was fine for about 2 weeks after AMS did the tune on it,they checked for any leaks before the tune and add pipe from my bov back to intake to recirculate the air,and like i said it was fine for two weeks, and than it came back.I cleaned throttle body and it helped for like a 2 days and here we go again.

This seems to be a common problem - I also have it, tried fiddling with the idle stepper, adjusting the idle screw, SAS calibration - the works and it still comes back...

Some guys say the ICS needs to be replaced others say its related to the BOV, I'm gona try fiddling with the BOV next...

ya know I all of a sudden have been having idle probems. Say on first start up the rpm's stay at around 1500 but when they start to drop it drops to about 500 and just stays there not wanting to come back up until I give it throttle.

Then once the cars warmed up it still does it. Mostly when I either push in the clutch to change gears or come to a stop.

Not sure what it could be. Im positive I have no boost leaks in my piping or lines. Only thing I have been thinking is that my throttle body shaft seals might be shot ? What do you guys think or would that not make it do that ?

Sorry not trying to hijack just trying to see maybe if it could be all of our shaft seals but probably most unlikely.

Not sure if that relates to everyone though. I read through that thread. Only thing is I have a HKS intake and Ive had it way before this problem arose.

People questioning this maybe should switch back to the stock piping and just see if it helps. It only takes a couple minutes. Maybe the weather is also a factor.

Only problem is some people may not have the stock intake tube. I dont seeing I bought my car with the intake over 3 years ago.
