CLEANED UP FOR AN EASIER READ>>>>>>>>
Problem: Really lean AF#s and low idle upon start up when and if it starts up......if it does start it clears itself and returns to normal idle and will idle FOREVER but may or may not start up soon after.....the car also will stall out after high rpms drop down to normal Idle.....
MOD LIST: -Gt35r, hard pipes, Precision Intercooler.....
-Walbro 255, SX Fuel Pressure Reg @ 40PSI, Precision 780cc Injectors
-HKS 264's, BPR7ES or BPR8ES @ .022
- Flashed ECU
So the only consistent code it keeps throwing is the camshaft sensor & crankshaft sensor......I have checked the timing, checked for boost leaks, checked the MAF connection and honeycomb, checked the cam sensor connection, disconnected the negative battery terminal to reset trims......
The diagnostic was reading 5-7 volts at my front O2 sensor.....

Can you ever get it to warm up fully? I know you said warmed up, but full operating temp?
It may be the cold start enrichment that is being a problem since it sounds like this started when the weather turned really cold. To me, it sounds like a tune issue. Or you could have a throttle body related problem. Check all vacuum lines and inspect the throttle boddy as well. These are just some ideas.
Call Buschur.

I have had it fully warmed up to operating temps....this morning I went out it fired and stalled and wont fire up.....I dont hear my Walbro
so im going to go check the fuel pressure....I think im going to go buy an obd2 scanner and start all over.....

well i have fuel pressure according to my fuel pressure regulator......but I dont hear my walbro.....im waiting on a scanner to see what kind of codes shes throwing.....

I have that problem in my Celica gts. When it cold it hard to start up. If you don't warm it up i mean warm it up for like 20 mins it run like cr*p. You can drive for a bit and it just shut on it own. Gotta give it a gas when it dies. I'm running Gt30 in my car. My buddy the oringal owner told me i had to take it to the shop and have them setup my coldstart again.
The strong smell of gas is worrisome. I would locate that issue first, check you Injector orings. Then do a boost leak test. A big leak can cause the car to run very lean at idle barely being able to run. since you said you threw a maf code check that plug as well. With the mac unplugged the car will run in a limp mode and run very rich.
My first idea was:
1. You flooded the cylinders
2. That in turn messed up your front O2 to give wrong voltage and to cause the car to run rich and die all the time.
Except, when you start cold it should be in open loop and it should idle normal at least for a bit.. unless maybe your trims are way off by now...
Unplug battery to reset trims. And see if the car starts cold. And then starts dying when it warms up a bit. That would mean that's it. Or log the front O2 voltage and see if it's pegged to 0.9v or so..
That's just one of the many ideas i guess... Definitely check the MAF honeycomb though.. You have a big snail, maybe it's all messed up. Do that first.
