He already has lubricated the Hallman, but to no avail. He feels that it isn't the MBC, as he has left the MBC out of the boost control loop by running a hose directly from the WGA to the compressor housing discharge tube's nipple.

Honestly there wasn't much of a difference with the preload adjusted.... the boost controller would control the spike. Its around 60-65 degrees here.

k now since uve lubed up the ball inside the boost controller, i know on the dejon tool theres a plastic piece that use an air hole to help with boost taper..usually from bc to wastegate.... u can see if u have one, and if so enlargen the whole to see if that will help....gl and let me know what happens.

Sorry guys didn't follow-up in here, Yeah well believe it or not it WAS the damn timing. It was just the last place I thought to check. I had jumped 2-3 teeth. I have a new belt and tensioner on the way just to be safe. But I got it back in time and its rocking solid boost

These guys know where it's at. A heads up call!

EDIT: Incidentally do you know whether your belt having jumped had advanced, or, retarded the cam timing?
