After I went and did my 3 pathetic passes last night at the track on the way back I noticed in first gear the clutch would feel notchy and grab really hard and pop at the top of the clutch in first gear rest of the gears its fine. If I roll out in 1st it does fine. Talked to the guys that did my clutch install (ACT SD with 6 puck sprung hub and gruppe-s flywheel) and he said I glazed the clutch from slipping it too much and that it needs to wear the glaze off. It does not slip or anything and still shifts good. Need any input thank you

 

how many miles on your clutch??

 

Maybe 2k miles

 

well from what i know 6 puck clutches are grabby as ***...

 

Yeah I guess I broke it in real good last night I'll let my guy drive it and see what he says we are going to pull the restrictir pill out while I'm at it

 

drain that oil man, and check for metal


put this stuff in there
