dAamn....180 sounds like a built engine

 

Shortblock is stock. I was surprised with the numbers because I was told 8's got around 150-160's.

 

mine is an 05 with 81k miles and the compression came out to 158 158 158 162...i thought my numbers were good for the miles it has and the abuse its been threw, but 180, damn thats crazy....you must not have never boost it in its life..lol

 

mine tested way low before....it was the tester. I honestly wouldn't worry about it tho as long as all numbers are close and not stupid low. {like below 100}

 

Lol. I boost every time I drive it. Installed a Red this past weekend. Definitely boosted more than I should have with stock injectors.

 

lol.... sounds like a really healthy motor

 

Those numbers are perfect for that altitude.

 

I do not burn any oil, car runs great, and also might add that I do have hks 272's... not sure what difference that makes but it sounds like the general concensious is that the numbers are good for altitude.
