It looks like the APC kit is definatly bang for your buck. It also is known to work. it is selling for AU$2,990.
Im also looking at getting a set of 1mm oversize valves, valve springs, Ti retainers & Head studs..
Im only really looking to rev 7,500rpm..

As far as the budget parts go, you are better off spending the $350 more for a good set of Manley I beams rather than going with the cheap Eagles. You are probably going to sink $6k+ with what you want to do, so why skimp on something that could make or break your setup?
I heve to agree, it's better to save and get the better parts! Buying the cheaper parts and then having to buy the quality parts, costs more!.
I did the same thing when buying my gauges, I've spent an additional $600?, buying quality ones, in addition to the cheaper ones.

Not a good setup. The reason is you have a better breathing set of cams paired up with a decent sized compressor, and thats matched with a small turbine whee/housing. A 3076 or 3582 would work better.

I would like to try and get 22~25psi at 3800RPM.

+
272 Kelfords and some headwork + springs and retainers

See, Im looking for full boost at 3800 ~ 4000rpm, without it falling over at the top. Im afraid the 0.63 will fall over..
Why is it that you think the 0.63 would be fine on a 3076R but not on a GT3082R?

The 3082 has a larger compressor that would be choked out and not be in the efficiency range with that small turbine side. Compressor is basically too big for the turbine.

If I went to the GT3082R but threw a 0.82 housing on it, how laggy would it be?
As I said, im looking for quick spool, but I dont want it falling over up top...
