There are no seals on the turbo that will allow coolant to get into the oil. The only way coolant could get to the oil by way of the turbo is if the center section cracked and I've never heard of that happening.

i wasnt sure of the color of the smoke til now...it was just a guess...it could also be your headgasket on its way out since the smoke is white

check PCV valve
Pull turbo out and check shaft play
Do a compression test
Get headgasket checked(if your oil is milky, it more than likely to be a blown head gasket or your piston rings going bad)

Do the cheapest stuff first then work your way down to the wallet crackers.

i was getting white smoke when i would get spooled up...turned out the hose on the catch can was pinched under the strut bar.....it was also causing my oil cap to leak from the pressure...

well the smoke is bluish/white smoke and it doesnt stop when it idles or while im driving it.. the oil cap looks brownish so theres water in my block.. pistons are good got them replaced 50 miles ago, and the head gaskets.. my car doesnt have a pcv valve though i bought it like that from the previous owner... oil pressure is low but when im driving it it goes back to normal. Turbo looks good..

What does the oil cap have to do with water in your block? Of course there is water in your block, its a water cooled engine.

Just because your pistons were replaced, does not mean they were installed correctly, the rings were oriented correctly, the ring end gaps were set correctly, the cylinders were straight, the crosshatching and honing was done correctly.

The evo has a head gasket, not gaskets. It's not a V8.

If you do not have a PCV valve, then the boost will either blow oil into your intake or if there are no hoses on the valvecover then crankcase presure will build up until it blows through the valveseals into your cylinders.

well the oil looks milky whitish brownish, so theres water sipping through somewhere either my head is craked or head gasket blew again. cause thats too much condensation on the oil cap and on the dip stick looking that

and i have no hoses on the valve cover..

also the oil pressure is low but when im driving it it goes back to normal. but when i stop it goes down.

do a compression test its either:
valve seals
head gasket
piston rings
turbo seals

if your compression is good then its the turbo. If not then my moneys on the valve seals
