Intake manifold, reinstall help etc
what stuff can I Delete off the Intake manifold?? Or do I need it all? Also took it all apart and have most lines hooked back up but still not sure about some, any help with where to plug what?? Thanks much large pics of the hoses and such would be great.
depends man, are you running the stock ecu or stand alone? and if it's the stand alone are you still running MAF or are you running speed density?

I am on the Stock ECU, Dont have Emition test, have a 3.5inch GM maf working on setting it up as a blow through, can you setup a speed density on a stock ECU and how do you?? Tried looking for that info and could not find it anywhere really.
i'm not totally sure but i think you can setup a speed density setup with the stock ecu along with the JDM MAP sensor? i'm not sure tho...you would have to look into that one...why did you go with a blow-thru setup when the capabilities of the stock ecu/ maf are amazing!
an aftermarket manifold will still have a place to bolt on the factory MAP sensor you would think but it might have a bung for an AEM MAP sensor....Buschur makes and adapter plate for the AEM map sensor that bolts to the factory map sensor location

I found someone that wanted to trade a stock Maf for a full GM maf setup so I went for it and I heard anyways that the stock does start to hurt power after a while and have to be cautions of the screen. And I like to be different and though it was a good deal. I AM STILL ON STOCK ECU!! and love it, just need to do more things to it like the knock cell flicker etc. know something still learning others.
