what grade gas do you use, hope you dont go cheap with it and what gas station? for now try to use up the gass and then fill it up else where and then go get a scan test. gl with it and let us know dude.

 

i onley use 93. i got it from a bp station. i let it run out and just filled up else where so i hope this fixes it.

not sure about u guys but we get bad gas a lot.

try draining the gas or using the gas to completion - don't go into boost....you will be knocking like hell. OR dump some race gas in and have a mixture it should raise your octane level and the car should run fine.

other than that check for a boost leak.

yea iam tuned. i ran that gas out then put octane booster in then put 93 in from a diff station

 

well i would look into your fuel system.

pump, lines, injectors, etc.

 

I have a 1991 twin turbo 300zx, I filled up once at qt I am tuned at 91 octane (kansas city). I smelled gas coming from my exhaust my car wouldn't hit full boost which is 15 psi. Stock is 10 I just filled up with 92 as I went to try to even it out. Worked out great now I fill up at shell, F*CK QT. I actually think it was kind of my fault, when filling up I did click 91 octane when filling I noticed the gas gun wouldn't click and automatically fill.
So I think I hand pumped grade **** fuel in. (learned from my mistake) x.x luckly it only cost me high adrenaline for 5 minutes my friend thought I was going to have a heart attack I was over reacting lmao.

I would check the fuel pressure, check for boost leaks, clean the maf sensor if you have a maf still, get a spark tester and check spark, also run it somewhere dark and see if your spark plug wires have a crack in them you will see the sparks with it running if they are cracked. My 1g eclipse sputtered like crazy only when I would go full throttle but if I got on it slowly it was fine I founf that one of the spark plug wire tubes was cracked replaced it and has been fine ever since. I drove my nissan that night for 45 minutes wasting the poo gas off. I never fill up at Qt anymore.
