Weird Noise on first decelerate??? (not throwout bearing)

Hey thanks for reading.. recently I just got my car back from a big front impact crash... I was running open downpipe so could of been before the crash but couldn't hear until a week after I got my car back when my exhaust was back on.

b&m SS, Exedy twin disk HD...I know the sound of my throwout bearing between shifts and while driving normal. Clutch broken in fully never abused during break in. Only whines when in first gear- mostly if I let it decelerate in first, the second I take it out of first it doesn't whine like that anymore (but recently noticed it does whine similar a little like this in second). synchro going? I have noticed a slight grind appearing between first and second.
I'm not sure I'm afraid its a transfer case issue?
Or something not to be worried about?

Who fixed the car? Just say it was messed up after they fixed it and have them sort out the problem.

wasnt in a crash, but my car does the same thing... i think its just the clutch / flywheel assembly... take your exhaust off and run your car... if you cant hear the noise, it more than likely was there, you just didnt know it!!!

yea^^ I guess but im not sure because when I first had the clutch installed it didnt sound like this -the exhaust was on.. I will take it back to them and most likely they will say its fine (since they dont want to admit they made a mistake)
But thanks everyone!
