Fidanza 3.2 noise
Sometimes kevlar tends to make noises like this when it is cooled down... Before we sold the car we had about 25K miles or so on the 3.2 set up with flywheel and it worked great the entire time... from what I can remember we had a similar noise just rolling out slowly in first and sometimes in reverse if you just feathered out the clutch pedal slow.
go launch it a few times....bet it goes away. i had the same noise on my other clutch and after few launches it went away. a guy on here was having the same problems with clutch noises and i told him to b nasty with it and after a couple beat down runs he said everything was silent.

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Its the kevlar and type of disc - no marcel.
It likes quicker engagement. If I slowly slip my 3.2 out I can make it whine. Quickly - no whine.
Clutch is great though. Preforms and takes it.

Still, this disc can be installed on a daily driver. Just behave and be patient during it’s 500 mile break-in period. Once that’s over you can be as nasty as you want."
Yeah just rev her up n slip it when ya launch and hammer down

Word. Im in breckenridge colorado at the moment... so as soon as this snow clears out i will let it rip. Would you suggest launching from the 2 step or just a solid launch?

sorry for the late reply.. The clutch hardly ever makes the noise any more. I just started driving it harder making sure it was nice and warm. I had to replace my wedge retaining clip yesterday though.
