Fidanza 3.2 noise

When I slowly release the clutch at 1st and 2nd gears, there's a loud groaning noise that's emitted. I'm not sure where the sound comes from, but it seems to come from the engine bay. If I quickly release the clutch at 1st and 2nd gears, I don't get the groaning sound. Also, any other gear (including reverse) will not result in the sound.

Does anyone have an idea what could be the cause of this and whether it should be of concern to me?

properly break it in and even then it might still have some noise due to performance clutch. the way to avoid the noise is to slip it faster.

I have something similar to that, it usually only does it when its cold outside or the car is cold. I just assumed it had to do with the after market clutch flywheel and trans. Everything still feels extremely tight.

I have had the clutch for about 3 months, and has always made this noise. the clutch still holds strong at grips just fine. Any idea as to what causes the problem.

It's not chatter. i have the fidanza flywheel also. it seems when the clutch is warm the noise is less common.
