Fuel and Spark Issues PLEASE HELP!

Working on a 03 Evo 8. The car does not run. We have went through and checked numerious amounts of wires for corosion...We have cut and sodered new wire for pretty much the whole fuse box due to coroded wires. The car is sending fuel to the rail and the rail has pressure but the fuel is not getting into the motor. We pulled the rail off with all the injectors on it and there is no fuel coming out but when we take the injectors off the fuel goes flying. What are the chances all 4 injectors are clogged? We also pulled the spark plugs and there is no fuel on them. The spark plugs are not sparking. The car is mainly stock with an aftermarket bov, downpipe, test pipe, exhaust, and walbro fuel pump. Anyone have any idea why both the fuel and plugs are not firing?

Sounds if the injectors are not seeing any electrical impulse, try checking to see if the injectors are getting power.

Is there any test that we can do to check to see if the ECU is working?

Have you tried swapping the injectors? Have you actually checked the voltage on the injector harness to ensure that you are getting the correct voltage? Also you may need an o-scope to actually see the injector pulse also... What is your fuel pressure at? May also wanna check the output from the ECU to see if you are getting the right signals from there...

We have not tried to swap injectors yet...The owner is on a tight budget..How would I go by checking the outputs from the ECU?

had the same problem, ur Ecu immobiliser code is wrong.

hence the car wont start - no injector pulse or spark.
