Cable is fine,
No codes , but at part throttle or full throttle car goes in limp mode and will not rev.

u have to hook up a "scanner" ex. like i use my snap on scanner and u just adjust it according to what it says on the screen of the scanner i havent done one in a while last time was on my 1g soo ..its not hard at all u just have to dial it in, loosen up the two bolts and turn it back and forth to get it dialed in to the exact voltage.

R u sure i never touched the trottle blade a lil? Even touching it a lil bit can throw it off. And it wont idle correctly....if so you have to reset the idle with the mitsu scanner. That should solve it if that's the case. If not, then I have no idea what the problem can be, other than improper installation and connection of the sensor.

You can set the tps with a simple multimeter or voltmeter. No special tools required. The voltage range at 0throttle is .535-.735v or somehwere around there. The exact voltage is in the shop manual.

I'm assuming you must have removed the TPS and when you re-install, it didn't go back to its original position. In that case, if it's not too off, you should be able to drive normally except when you WOT, it's not at 100%. If that's the case, you just need to loosen the bolts holding the TPS and move it a little then try logging again. That's what I did when I had my TPS off. GL
